TASTING NOTES:
This 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon opens up with dusty loam and blackberry fruit that give way to a very pure blueberry essence. A smooth and silky entry leads to a balance of juicy fruit and earth. Tobacco leaf and cedar notes complement the plum and dark cherry characters in the mid-palate. The tannins are expressive without being overly aggressive, making this a great food pairing wine for many dishes.
